HSZ2000series is a hanging-roller type series which utilizes the rotation of roller axle and steel mould to produce a centrifugal force for the production of concrete pipes.Raw material such as cement, sand and aggragates and water is mixed thoroughly before being fed into the machine. By utilizing different moulds specifications pipes with inner diameter of 300-2000mm with length of 2500mm can be formed. The pipes are then cured with normal method of concrete curing(steam natural curing) to achieve its required strength. The series is very simple to operate,reliable,cost effective and low in maintenance.
